just like the title says my tail lights are out!any ideas on how to fix it?i have a 88 turbo.I replaced the fuse and bulbs but they are still out. They work for a week then go off then come back on.any ideas?thank you.

try the stop light switch which is located on the brake pedal... i would say that your pedal is not pushing the switch properly.... ask someone to look at your taillights while you pull your brake pedal back... if they come on then adjust your switch

Hey,thank you for replying. Sorry i forgot to say that my taillights do come on when i hit the brakes. So i know they do work. but they jusy dont stay on when i let off the brake. thank you.

your tailights (not brake lights/stop lights) don't come on at all? when you turn your lights on

try getting a replacement box... sits below the right rear tailight usually

what's the weather like there? rain alot?... do your taillights leak water.. do you have a rusty trunk/boot/hatch

YEs. The tail lights dont come on when i turn the lights on.IT is raining and there was some water in my trunk. The wires apear to be pretty clean. Are you talkin about the box that says "Tailight fail" ?or somthing like that?
