Default Black smoke and and shimmie

I have a 91 supra turbo that is when i start it and get ready to drive it goes through first gear fine and then i get up and I try to push the pedal down and it blows black smoke and shimmies a lil and goes no where. It sounds like my engine is reving up but doesnot accelerate very well at all.I can also smell the fuel being burned while i drive.I listened to vacuum hoses didnt hear anyleak but am still getting horrible gas mileage and it make it almost to bad to drive.Any Ideas please inform me.

you have a boost leak

go search all of your intercooler pipes from the turbo right to the intake manifold

main culprits:

intercooler pipe off the bottom of the turbo
pipe between 3000pipe & throttlebody

you're looking for anything with small cracks or big splits or off altogether (which i suspect yours is or close to)
have fun looking for it

Cool

there could be a very small hose connecting the vacuum to the boost controller sensor.

that would be near the firewall drivers side

see if there are any danglin hoses in the area.
one little hose the thickness of a pencil will bring your boost down to zero
