question about 5 speed tranny

a guy was selling a 5 speed supra tranny non turbo, with 122k on it i for $150.00

problem is i have an automatic 1zgte, could it hold the power?

keep it stock and i'm sure it'd be fine ;)
or just go get an r154 and get a 1jz bellhousing
