Post Front Bumper Removal

some idiot did a hit and run on me in the parking lot. the bumper flexed and cracked/ pushed up the paint on my new paint job(front bumper). so i get an estimate and it comes to around $370 to re paint it-120 of it for labor(taking the lights and removing the bumper) what i want to do is take my bumper off and take it in for them to spray. i would save around $120. what i want to know- is it easy to take the front bumper off of an mkiii and put it back on? i have never done this before so expertiece would be appreciated.

it just pisses me off...get a new bumper and some *** hits it. now i gotta dump more money in than i should have.
