I can't get my air box off!!
Okay.. so I was trying to get my airbox off to change my air filter but the bolt that connects it to the radiator support won't come up. I tried WD40 and got the bolt to turn but it won't come up. I don't know whats wrong. I tried to push the washer up a little bit but it still didn't work. It just turns and doesn't come up. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Little trick
Sounds like you have a stripped bolt, or hole. Try to stick a flat blade screwdriver under the head, or washer, and pry upward while you turn the bolt.

Is there a nut on the otherside?

yea maybe the welded nut has broken off
or try mrnickleye's idea :) |
I don't think there is a nut on the other side because I took the other bolt off with no problem. And I checked to see if there was a nut. I guess I'll try the screwdriver trick.

Well usually it is a blind nut on the other side of the sheet metal that is welded on so you won't have to hold the nut while taking out the bolt, but sometimes that nut breaks is weld and turns with the nut. I agree with the others as far as stripped out threads half way on the bolt. You may have to cut the head off and use a center punch to hit it out from the top if the screwdriver trick doesn't work. But prying up the bolt while unscrewing should do it.
