1JZGTE or 7MGTE ??
 

I'm considering changing my current engine 1ggte in my Mk3 supra to a 1JZ or a 7M turbo setup.
I would like to know which is the better, power and modification wise.
I run my car as a track car only so minimal lag with big hp is good.

please give reasons and advice on which should be the better choice.
