Spark plugs
Check the spark plugs. Take the number one off and check for water which will short the firing voltage to the spark plug to ground which will cause a misfire. If there is water there then the others probably have as well. Only solution is to blow them out with air or get a small hose like a vacuum hose and blow it out manually which might make you light headed.
In my opinion this is one of the weakest design flaws of the motor if you have the NA motor. Thats why you can't wash it. The spark plug galley just traps everything. I get about a kilo of sand in mine during the windy months. |

ahah! That was it, but it was in the #3 and 4 valley, a broken coolant line abouve(to throttle body)and on top the that having the radiator emptied out on it filled it nearly half way with coolant, though couldnt see it. Pulled off the throttle, center valley cover, cleaned everything and changed plugs and cords, runs fine. Thanks!!
