I just put my car all back togeather after replacing the head gasket, and i started it up and well it turned over whitch is more then i thought it was gona do but didnt start and fuel started squirking out.

Any idead i still have liek 2 gaskets and 2 seals left over from my gasket set and a few bolts and stuff

I guess you mean the fuel leaked out from the fuel rail? If so, check the washers on the fuel dampener and the return line and the line to the cold start injector. If it is from under the rail then the rubber grommets on the injectors might be on wrong or the old ones are cracked and not sealing.

great !! i think i stopped the leak

i have the same problem at the cold start injector connection. I replaced the gaskets and it still leaks! any help?

Take off the CSI fuel line and lap the banjo connector with some 320 grit sandpaper on a piece of plate glass, then lap it with some 600 to get it nice and shiny smooth again. If need be use 400 in between the two. If there are any nicks, scratches or gouges make sure to sand them out with the 320.

Now heat the NEW copper washers (get some new ones, if they've been used once they've been compressed and won't soften up as much) with a propane torch. Make them glow and keep them at that heat for 30 seconds or so. Make sure to heat them all the way around and move the pliers as you work; The pliers will act as a heat sink keeping the part they're grabbing cooler than the rest.

Inspect the banjo bolt for any debris, stuck on old gaskets, scratches, or impressions... if there is anything wrong with the mating surface or the threads, replace it. Same goed for the CSI itself.

Now, bolt it all back together... Make sure not to over torque.

How can you test the csi I think u said it on here once but I can't find it.
