Default New engine?

Hey all,
I have an 88 supra that blew its head gasket, and when the head got removed, it revealed eroision on the block and head, and also .002" gap between the piston and cylinders. Rather than rebuilding it, I have opted to buy a low mileage used engine. Has anyone bought from jazzproparts.com? They offer low mileage (avg 35k miles) on their engines shipped from Japan for $1275. Its a complete engine. They do NOT offer a head gasket warranty, and I am planning on selling the car... Should I spend the extra money and have a new head gasket installed, or hope that the head gasket will be good for awhile? Any help would be greatly appreciated! My email is lblair04@hotmail.com OR, does anyone have another suggestion that might work better?
