Manual Transmission harder to find then the holy Grail?
Hey, I am considering doing a manual swap into my 88 supra turbo(especially in light of my current automatic tranny troubles) but I can not find any of these transmissions anywhere! ebay never has them, JDM import places always have automatics, but I have yet to have found a 5 speed. Anyone know where I can find one, or if there is another tranny I can swap in that will work with my 7MGTE? possibly something from lexus that would be easier to find?
Thanks for everyones time Chris |

I just found one online for $650 and thats with shipping. I googled used parts and it gave me lots of options. I finally settled on a place in Colorado. They sent me everything for the swap. It came out of a 1989 Turbo with 94000 miles on it. I think it was called Eurasian auto parts.
