New to Supra seen

Well we recently finished changing the engine in a 1987 supra the original engine had about 179,000 miles on when it went. the guy we bought from told us it was locked up, but turnd out a rod went out and a pistion drop in to the oil pan and their was a good size whole in the block. so we got another 3.0 with about 40,000 miles on it. Now the car seems to run well and what makes it even funner drive is the fact it is a 5 speed. i was just wonder how fast it could run in the 1/4 mile ? it is a 3.0 non-turbo 5 speed

from memory i think na's do about 16 sec 1/4's

launch it good and don't miss a gear and hopefully you can get right down there

well...iono....about mk3 for 16 sec. in 1/4mile... i not sure about that...but my mk2 running stock notin modify to it.. only the a trainny convertsin from auto to 5speed.... i hit... 15.8 in stock before this past Oct. but now... i happy with it...

i have a late 86 that is modified and mine does 14.4 in the 1/4 with a slipping clutch, im runnin about 260 hp.
