If you have any black smoke from the exhaust then the AFM is probably the culprit. Get one out of a junkyard for around 25 dollars and it should fix it, there is also a chance your airfilter is clogged too but AFM seems more likely.
Try to find one that hasn't had the cover pryed off yet. Its possible the circuit board inside has been delaminated and the copper circuit board runners have peeled up. Check the engine codes too. It should tell you exactly whats acting up. The only thing Ive seen cause the light to go on then off without resetting the fuse would be the coolant sensor plug on top of the thermostat housing. yea the only code i get is code 22. i tried to fix it i checked the plug and cleaned it and it still doesnt work. the sensor that has a single wire i actually broke it off. could that be it?? yea there is some black smoke that comes out when i first start it. also my oil gauge seems to work only when it wants to. any way to fix it? you know where the plug or sensor for it is? thanks again
