Default My Supra ... Any Ideas?

Yeah, I've had a 1987 Supra 7M GTE - auto - for just about a year now ... odometer (and gas, speedo, etc) went out at 198,xxx .... I bet it probably has upwards of 205k miles - and now that I'm out of school it's TIME!

*Paint goes on this Friday the 30th ... did a bunch of bondo / putty and primered / sanded ... turned out really nice ... still haven't decided what
color (s) to do. ha.

* Just seeing if anyone has any ideas engine-wise (it's running really weak) : whether I should rebuild, get a JDM swap 7mgte, or if any other engines have worked out better for anyone. Maybe the Supra or Nissan twin turbo?!? I was thinking an '05 WRX STi ... if thats even possible or whatever... I'm sure someone on here has done some kind of project?

*Basically it's a blank slate that just needs the last touches. I want to make this work (have a good, reliable, fast and cool looking car) and get rid of my truck!

Worked out better?...well alot of people like the 1JZGTE swap for the Turbo Sup'. Not exactly cheap, but if you can find a front clip and do all the work yourself its a real nice swap. I see no good reason to go through the trouble to put a nissan or honda motor in a toyota. Toyota makes some good engines to begin with. I personally would either stick with the 7M or drop the 2 grand ona 1JZ swap.
