Default dont worry

Dont worry about the smoke. if its a turbo supra then its supposed to do that. mine does it. if no smoke appears at all then you have a problem. if the smoke is white then no problems either. when you see the puff of smoke it means the turbo('s) are warmed up. do you by chance know haw to connect the sppedo cable?

Miss Information? Paging Miss Information... Has anyone seen her?

No car is supposed to smoke. Stop posting.
If it's white, it's coolant.
If it's blue, it's oil
If it's black, it's fuel.

Because it's so little, it may not appear that you're losing any coolant, but you are.

Do a block test. Napa sells a kit as well as many other stores.

Perform a block test, compression test, and leakdown test.
You'll find the problem somewhere.
Pressure test your cooling system

Well I do hate to tell you this but even though no car is supposed to smoke, the turbo does and will. It is that crappy engine ventilation system that does it. Eventually you get oil accumulated in the turbo tubing and that will eventually get sucked up and get burned, causing SMOKE! That is why so many of these guys buy the oil catch can from JAZ, so they have a place to vatch the oil before it gets burned. If you have all stock components then you will get that puff of blue, even though these guy hate to admit it.

Default i found the problem

sorry bout previous post, my bro thought he was smart. the problem that mine had with the smoke was that the valve seals had become hard (cause they were the originals from 1991) and that lets oil trough wich gets burnt. all i did was change the seals and voila no more smoke.
