stock is ok
If your stock turbo is running fine, there is no need to change it. You can easily get 12psi of boost from it. I used a greddy profec B spec II boost controller, but some of the guys on here have shimmed the wastegate and got the same result. I have a 91 turbo and am running mid 8's in the 1/8 with no other mods and on street radials.

I'd run a metal HKS thicker head gasket, ARP head studs, 255 fp, 550cc injectors, SAFC-II, and the greddy 20G turbo kit if money was not an option. Very capable of over 400 wheel horse anything more and Id run ARP rod bolts.
