new turbine not producing any diference
I have a 91 supra turbo, I have intake, exhaust, iridium spark plugs, HKS head gasket with ARP studs, GE forged pistons. I installed a hybrid ct-26 stock rear and a 60-1 compressor. I feel the car the same as with the stock turbo, maybe even slower, whats happening?

Im assuming a hybrid ct-26 stock rear is the stock turbine/exhaust housing?
That is where the potential lies. You need to increase air flow on both sides of a turbo, not just a bigger compressor housing but a bigger turbine housing also. Have you check cylinder compression since you replaced the head gasket? If so, what are the #'s? Did you prep the cylinders before installing those aftermarket pistons? If so what did you do? Compresion is 154 on average 150-157 . I made a complete engine repair. I bored cylinders to .020 overbore. new pistons pins with the rod caps, repair the crank shaft, new bearings, every single seal, all pumps, the car has been running flawlessly for about 10,000 miles now, the only thing i did not address was the turbine, because I went short of cash, but now the stock one was burning to much oil, so I replase it with the one I described. Its a 60-1 compressor hybrid as you mentioned. Every one told me that it wwill boost faster and that with no extra mods I will gain 20-40 HP, so I did it. Even at the turbo centers they say it shoul be producing more powwer from 0-90MPH but at speeds over 100 it would be a bit slower due to the exhuast remained unchanged. Thats awesome for me because, I live in an island, its more a stop an go driving.

60-1 turbos are very very capable of power, i'd say you have a small boost leak or similar, have you done a diagnostic? (located in the faq section)
how does she feel on acceleration? by going with a larger compressor you are gaining the ability to flow alot more air which at the end of the day = more hp when i upgraded to a mere 46 trim oh baby i felt the difference, it was awesome once you've done a diagnostic and verified you have no boost leaks get back to us and i'd be happy to help further

go buy an aftermarket boost gauge and let us know what boost your car is running
make sure it has vacuum as well as that can be very helpful in determining alot of problems
