Go with the better body!
Like most things in life, go with the one that has the better body. Because the "hardware" for the car is interchangable...however body rust just gets worse, and if it is on a "non-removable" piece, then it can get costly to fix.
I opt for the transplant too, assuming that your 90 is in better shape.
