Yay!

Hello everyone,
My name is Paul and i am new to this forum. I rescently traded my 87 mustang GT for a pair of 87 supras. i got an auto n/t with only 87000 miles on it, with not a spot of rust to be found. only problem is that it needs new carpet, and the tranny wouldnt shift into 2nd and i had to manually drop it down into first. the other one is a parts car, it has the 7m gte in it and the larger 5spd tranny, it also has the limited slip diff. and the tems system.
This weekend i finally got around to swaping the trannys, and i couldnt be happier. the car, even though it is currently not turbo, is amazing. now all i need to do is finish the rebuild on the gte, with some upgrades of corse, i was thinking of doing forged rods and pistons from wiseco, larger valves, port, polish, maybe lower the compression a bit and drop a t4 garret onto a custom exhaust made by stainless works. then get the limited slip in, a fresh paint job, short shift, drop the car a few inches, re-do the interior.
This is my plan, if anyone has any suggestions, ideas, changes? i would greatly appreciate it. i have fallen in love with this car and want the best for it. plus i made a bet with my freinds that i would keep this car for 2 years (i have gone through 11 cars in 3 years). Thank you very much!
