ok so i bought another relay and a resistor and i still get the buzzing when i connect the battery. Does anybody have any clue what so ever??? I am dying over here i checked the resistance and it all checks out as per what the repair manual says. so it must be something else doing it?? i tried searching the forums and cant find any answers. I am on my knee's begging someone has to know the answer

For some reason whenever i jumper the fuel pump in the diagnostic box, my relay buzzes, but when i run the car it does not. Im not sure why, but maybe it can help you figure out your problem.

I have the same problem with my 92 Supra Turbo.
Has anyone figured it out yet? So far, I know the circuit containing the Fuel Pump Relay also contains the Circuit Opening Relay ( located on the passenger side kick panel ), and EFI Main Relay. One of the VSV below the intake may be related too. 3 things click simultaneously once, when I connect the battery then the Fuel Pump Relay buzzes. |

Usually that "buzzing" noise is the relay opening and closing extremely fast. That means that it is not getting the correct amount of voltage or current. It might be a little difficult, but check the voltage going into it on the coil part of the relay. If it's too low, that's your problem. But the car has to be running. I somewhat of a current draw in my car which is similar. My dome lights come on whenever it seems that the car has enough juice. The buzzer changes tones as the voltage increases as well. I probably have current draw somewhere, but it's not bothering me right now. Let me know what you come up with.
