Hey id love to kno the exact list of parts id need to do a complete 1jz engine swap and wat kind of 6spd tranny i should put in with it!! he lp would be much obligied!!! and i do mean a complete list!!!!! ive bought a 88 mkIII and wanna do the 1JZ engine swap but need a lil guidance thanks guys!!

89+ crossmember or motor mounts, 2jz water pump, pulley, fan, transmission, ecu, wiring harness, block, turbos, intake manifold, complete head, sensors, exhaust manifold, fuel rail, injectors, throttle body, ignition wires, power steering pump, timing belt from a 1988+ Isuzu Trooper 4 cylinder 2.6 liter engine (4ZEL), 2jz serpentine belt, driveshaft, diff., 2jz power steering line.

For the record, you'd be better off with the 5 speed R-154 tranny....
