that really cleared it up lol

but i can more of a jackass but i wont

look xs87supra, b4 anybody givs you a smartass answer
im gonna do it for them
you can fit any engine in that bay if you have money
you probly put a jet engine in your car if you have the money
you can go from a lawnmower engine to a monster
in that bay, if you have money

but the most reasonable engine choice
ranges from the
7mge
7mgte
1jz
1jzgtte
2jz
2jzgtte

this are the most usual engine choices for our mk3's
being the 7mge as the most economic and the 2jzgtte the
holy grail of engines in my opinion

its a 3.0L. And with nate, its a 1jz-ge, 1jz-gte, 2jz-ge, or 2jz-gte. The turbo and twin turbo engines have ONE t in the engine code. Unless its a nissan. Hence VG30DE-TT or RB26DE-TT.

engine swaps.. are new wiring harnesses needed for all swaps? say going from 7M-GE to 7M-GTE.. shouldn't need new harness right? but from 7M-GE to 2JZ-GTE, new harness for sure! am i wrong?

that is why i cant convert my engine right now
i dunt have the time or money to do it

You will need a new harness, ECU and some other things like the igniter, the dash is different too. There is a turbo guage in there and the tach is different internally. There are other things you will need to mod.
I havn't done this mod but while on vacation in Arizona last month I got the harnes, ECU, igniter and other little things attatched to the harness for the price of the harness. I had it all rolled up and they didn't notice the igniter so only charged me for the harness with ECU. Now I just need the motor and tranny.
One link here for items needed.
