hey my 87 supra is doing the same thing. have you unpluged the battry? i heard that if the battry is unpluged for more then 15 mins. that all the coeds in the ecu will rest or something. my supra is auto, but when i get in the second gear and i floor it the rpms only go to like 4k then the car will go to 3rd gear. im not sure what the problem is but when i find out ill give you a better clue as to whats going on with your car. e-mail me at techiebob1666@msn.com
