i need a little help.
i bought my MK3 1986.5 supra a while back from a guy who probly messed up more engines than he could handle. the current engine in it now(the third one), is a 91 non turbo (J-spec) throttle cables run to the right hand side and everything, but have been re-routed to the left side. now he was getting ready to turbo it when his aparment caught fire and all his turbo stuff went up in flames, which is why he sold it. now what i need help with is, first off, will turbo lower the Nox levels in order to pass inspection? or do I have to put the EGR in there? if turbo will lower the levels, should i just wait to turbo it, or spend the money and get the EGR until i can afford a Turbo? hopefully someone knows more about these things than the guy i bought this from.
