Slow Start

i wake up in the morning CANT WAIT to drive my supra and bam! takes forever to start up i mean im cranking the key for like five seconds. i checked my sparks and wires, and my battery is new so i should have no probs. so whats the problem? and when i DO start it up my car goes very very slow i mean i didnt have to warm up before but now ? i just got up one day and my car started to do this. its a 1989 n/a supra AUTOMATIC i mean i usally just start it up and take off. now i have problems starting up, and my car moves very slow i have my foot on the gas i mean im putting all the force on the gas the car moves so slow, and after a while its normal. it happens if i dont start the car for like 3-5 hours i dont know thats wrong. i tried everything, now im thinking its the transmisson, but i tried gear 2 and L and everything it the same thing as D. i have no clue need some serious help. if it is the transmisson i would just swap to a 5 speed.
