Turbo rebuild kit question

I am going to rebuild my turbo so I need help picking a rebuild kit. I found this one. Is this a comple turbo kit? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/COMPL...ayphotohosting
Any other recomendations?

I have a HKS T4 and I just did a rebuild on it and It came with pretty much everything your does, but new bolts and little plates theat go from one bolt to the next. So I would say yes it looks like it.
