clucth,trans,and flywheel question

Im trying to put the turbo 5spd transmission up to the 7mgte. I was wondering what size the clucth and flywheel are for our cars. Is it 9 1/2 or 9 3/4. and my other question is what do i need to be in between engine and trans?(the w58 clucth setup or the r-154 setup)http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Librar...ion=CL&Page=11
