clicking noise
 

there is this clicking noise comming from the engine bay when i start my girlfriend's 89 non turbo. it seems to be comming from the cams but i am not 100% sure what should i do and what could it mean?

if the sound is a "tic, tic, tic, tic tic,tic tic tic, then its valve adjustment. if its not very loud, its won't hurt anything.

A valve adjust is a bit difficult, and not for a beginner to tackle alone.
