you have 3 options
buy a replacement 7m and hope it's a good motor buy a replacement 7m and rebuild it buy a replacement 7m and at least do the head gasket it is more than likely rod knock generally caused by engine running out of oil or possibly previous bhg and water got mixed in with the oil or less common, oil pickup mesh/pump in the oil pan got jacked on, broken, then metal shards in your oil which then flogged out your rod bearings good luck with the new motor (it may still be possible to rebuild yours but you will more than likely need another crank as yours may have taken a hiding)
