for an 88 turbo what does code 11 mean and how do you fix it.

code 11

momentary interruption of power supply to ecu

you have crappy grounds

check the grounds on the intake manifold

unbolt them, check them, make sure they're still well connected, clean the surfaces, bolt them back on
make sure your battery terminals are good and not corroded
