Rear shock question
My buddi and I are puttinh on the KYB GR-2's but it does not say anywhere I have found to put the stock spring back on. Are you supposed to or not? Thanks guys,

to tell you the truth with part nos dont have a clue but if they come supplied with those parts use them if not use stock

Stock or aftermarket, but yes to either one. If they are direct replacement shocks then they will have the lower spring perch and all you need is a spring compressor and be careful! The rears are easy to get on and off, the fronts are more of a pain, but the same as far as the springs go.
Does that help any? I did mine a while back with no problems. I went with lowered springs all around. Russ |
