I have an 87 NA which id like to take to the shop to get the head gasket torqued down properly before i blow it. what should an NA be torqued down to compared to a turbo? im gonna leave my NA pretty much stock.

70 more or less on stock bolts, 100 and youll snap them. you can do 90-100 on arp bolts and over 100 on studs, But there is no need to go over 90-100. And a factory HG with 100 ft lbs and high octane fuel will take a 400 hp build fine, As long as it is tuned well and it doesnt detonate.
