One hot wire for tail lights, if the brake is on, then 2 hot wires. Unsure on color of wires however. Do your front marker lights come on? the yellow ones? If they do it's def. something in the back of the car, If they don't it's something in the front. Another thing, take your test light and make sure you're getting current to the fuse on the driverside kickpanel. The 15A fuse labeled tail, while the headlights are on of course.
