What about your guages how would you make the guages display what the new 350 and trany are doing, the guages run off the ECU dont they.

Using stock gauges probably won't work, due to differences in resistance values/wiring between gauges and sensors on the new motor. Would probably have to go with after market gauges that are wired independently. The ECU is only really needed with fuel injection/emissions controls, so if you're swapping in a carburetted 350, you're not gonna be able to pass emissions, and therefore don't need to worry about controlling them.
Unless you want to do your part in protecting the planet. Then you should get a POS Prius.

i'd recommend a 1jzgte with r154 transmission and either a 3.73 lsd, 3.91 lsd, or 4.10 torsen. it will cost you no more than 6 grand

1987 Toyota Supra MKIII 350 Chevy V8 Vortec 700R4 Project Car
Here are a few videos of my 1987 Toyota Supra MKIII 350 Chevy V8 700R4 Swap. It's easy to do and probably cheaper than a rebuild or modified Toy motor.
