headlights for kitcar please help?
 

hi iv got a tornado m6gt kitcar with vacuum lights, iv just bought toyata headlights so i can convert to electric lights the problem is when i put 12v through them they just go up and down continely, there seems to be five prones in the socket ,do i need a relay to tell them to stop up or stop down im not sure can anyone helps thanks dave..
