your best bet is to find a supra with a MHG already done

they r pretty expensive...

HKS metal ones range from $99-$300ish depending on the type and thickness. Then you are better off to buy ARP bolts or studs depending on what power you are planning to put into it.

thanks for the advice so far, i'm trying to get my mind to go from jeep mentality to supra. Any more advice would be appreciated. thanks

Get an 89 or newer with low miles and no rust. Shouldn't be a problem for $7k.
