Hica Mod? On MKiii supra????

Believe it or not one of the guys in my car club owns a 91 Supra. What amazed me abot his car (other than suicide doors) is the fact that he installed a Super Hica System on it. How in the hell is this possible? For those of you not familiar with the Super Hica System it is where the back wheels turn in the opposite direction as the front in a turn making for dramatically smaller turning radius with great handling. Only sports car I was aware that had that system was the 89-93 240SX and that was in extremely limited numbers. Anyone know anything about this?
