Hey guys I have a really nice 1986.5 Toyota Supra and have always wanted to turbo charge it. I recently purchased a 1987 Supra Turbo, 5sp for $800. I want to just swap the engines. I was wondering if anyone has done this? Are there any problems to watch for? Tips/tricks? I would also like to know if any preventative mantainance should be done. The 87 has about 155,000 miles, the engine runs strong, no problems, or knocks. I was going to replace the head gasket and put in a metal one. Any one know what brand is best, mm, etc? I was thinking of a 1.5 or 2.0 mm. Any help would be appriciated!!
