it should be very straight forward swap...nothing different than the na, just remove and replace.
as far as preventive, i would replace all gaskets including oil pan,cam seals,turbo gaskets and head gasket. I had my head machinned I believe 20 thousands and ended up using a 1.4 mm titan motorsports metal headgasket and arp studs and so far no leaks...thanks to the supra gods..lol |
