Stock bore is 83 mm diameter that can be re-bored to +.020 thou or + .040 thou, which makes the maximum bore diameter 84 mm approx.

Ok! just measured a stock head gasket it measures 85 mm diameter, assuming you mean your gasket measures 86 mm dia I wouldn’t have though the extra combustion chamber area you have gained wouldn’t make any difference. The same could apply to a skimmed head or block or a thicker gasket, providing it isn’t a excessive amount.
