Starter problems plz help
I woke up this morning and it was still snowing aperently it froze last night, when i tryed to start the car it wouldnt start, there was a buzzing /humming sound, i think it could be that the starter has frozen. Although the other electronic devices in my car are working they do have a bit of trouble but they can still move, exept even the locks are frozen, one will not lock, and the other wont open.
If you have any ideas please tell me how i can get it started Ive tryed hitting the starter, or to what i think is the starter with a hammer while some one trys to start the car, ive poured hot watr on it still did nothing ive tryed just strtuing over and over to see if it would losen it up but nothing yet.
