going to the dyno shop they can turn your car for optimal performance by flashing the computer or they might over a pre-programmed chip or somthing i think once i swap my engine out i am going to get it dynoed and then it tuned

on a stock car there is nothing to tune. if you are going na to turbo you'd be better off finding a turbo ecu. you only really need to tune after you've modded the car, and im not talking just intake and exhaust. a tuning is needed if you do the lexus afm and 550's, upgrade turbo, etc.
you might get some extra ponies out of tuning the ecu out of a stock car, but i dont think 5 hidden hp is worth spending money to dyno and tune.

The mk3 ECU is unreprogramable. But like they said, Its kind of pointless untill you start upgrading fuel components.

thats what i meant when i started the thread
so you wont jus be bolting on parts with-out tuning them i dunt wanna put injector so they can either, choke to death, or fall flat in thier face i was jus looking for a cheap alternative from a ems but im jus gonna save up, for an aem ems
