First off, thanks for any replies here. A buddy of mine has a 90 Supra, with the turbo motor. He needs to replace the gasket between the exhaust manifold and the turbo. How difficult is this? Any special tools needed? Also, what other parts and gaskets will we need for this? Thanks again for any help.

well... you're gonna need a 14mm spanner (wrench) and socket to undo the 3 turbo elbow bolts from the downpipe and the 4 bolts on the manifold, also a 17mm or 19mm can't quite remember... socket with universal/swivel to make it easy access and undo the oil feed to the turbo which is located on the block beside the oil pressure sender unit, once you take off the accordian hose/intake pipe you will see the bolt quite easily
also you will need a 12mm socket to undo the two nuts off the oil return pipe from the turbo to block
basically with all this there are only two gaskets... one for the oil return, one for the manifold... if you do replace the one on the block ensure you clean that surface real good.. if you don't or leave parts of the gasket there it will leak... alot lol

the original toyota hose clamps are 10mm... so get a socket and you'll get them undone fairly quick... don't forget to unplug the afm and pull off the vacuum line under the intake pipe going to the power steering pump

have fun and good luck
