reverse probs?

my car doesn't like to go into reverse sometimes. some days its like yay reverse time other days its like its been smoking a pound of smack and is like not now man later, ill reverse later. it revs after about 30 seconds of embarrasing revving lol.

my car does this a little as well, i just shift into another gear and then try to get back into reverse, sometimes you have to do it a few times for my car :\
