The price will depending on quality, don’t be fooled by the glossy photos of pistons and rods on ebay they are mostly cheap cast pistons. You need forged pistons, especially if its a turbo. A cast set of pistons and rods $450 approx; a forged set $1,200 approx.

i was just going to try to get the stock 7mgte piston's and rod's kind of a upgrade to a 7mge and was wondering how much it would cost to get them installed

Are you planning on turbocharging your NA? If not your going to lose alot of HP using the gte pistons.

Yep yep, you'll drop your compression, N/A's work more on compression than displacement. Well thats a lie in a way, but you need compression on a N/A motor. Even if you up the displacement, you have to find a way to up the compression, such as thinner HG, shaved head, domed pistons.
