What are some site for 7mgte engine bottom end Performance?
I just pick up my 87 turbo model supra and i drove it 440 and it started knocking real back and overheating...i temp guage didn't work so i didn't know it was hot! It sounds like the connecting rods bearings are the noise ...thats what i'm hoping.. I need some sites to get some performace crank and rods... litte help please and what are the best to put in there?

Heavy knocking is usually a sign of a blown piston or something in the bottom of the block. Not a good sign sir, a rebuild seems to be in order from what you're describing.

If it is as bad as it sounds then be prepared to buy another crankshaft ( that’s if you can find one at a reasonable price.) and the rest. I would start by talking to Steve in the UK at Silver Line Racing.
