ngk question

Quick question, what ngk plugs should I run (part number as far as heat range), I have some mild mods, plus boost controller running anywhere from 7 to 11 psi. I know I want to go a little cooler than stock, but it has bosch platinums in it now, and they couldn't give me the heat range in comparison to stock or any info for that matter.

NGK Iridium IX

Stock heat range - BCPR6EIX / 5689

One step colder - BCPR7EIX / 5690
