So im thinking about buying a 1jz. The 1 jz comes with a an automatic tranny and i was wondering if the stock 5 spd tranny from the mk3 will be able to fit on it. if not does anybody kno where i can find the tranny for the 1jz?

I think in the forums they said the 7mgte tranny will fit but you need to change the bellhousing with the 1jz bellhousing

You need a 1jz bellhousing, an R154 tranny, 1jz flywheel and a clutch 7m/r154 clutches will work. If your car is an auto currently you'll need all the 5speed swap parts as well.
