iv also read on some fourms that the internals for the 7mge and the 7mgte are very simalar, as in the the na 2jz motors?

Its around 10-14.5 lbs before fuel cut from the stock fuel pump. however, I dont think it would be too wise to run 12+ on a stock head gasket.
