steering wheel
I recently had a friend change the steering rack and now the steering wheel is not aligned straight. Can I remove it from inside the car and put is straight or does it have to be done at the shaft?

Yes,
You can pull the wheel off and re-center it. Easiest method too. |

Just a generic steering wheel puller.
Should be able to rent for free with a deposit from most autoparts stores like Autozone. |
