I would pass on testing that VSV for now and check the easier items off the list first. VSV are very simple in their operation and as such rarely fail. A more common problem to your slow start/rough idle when first started is a leaky cold start injector. It would be the first thing I eliminated off the short list for cause.

Well thanks for the heads up on the 2 different VSVs I didn't know about that. I might not check that vsv if its under the manifold thats to much work for a minor problem. For now I'm just going to let the problem go.

Yeah I read how to test on alldata because we have that at school but it failed to mention there was another VSV. The VSV I was going to check was to the EGR so that would have been useless to me. so that saved me some time. The car runs great for now just occasionaly starts up a little rough. I'm going to focus on getting the blinker and marker light fixed then maybe check the VSV when I have some time.

i have that trouble to now even after i replaced the plugs and wire..now it just wont start..guys can i get some help plz..mines wont start either buh my coil has spark buh my wires wont spark..theres power in the igniter and fuel is gettin there buh it still wont spark...and plugs are perfect there only 1 month old
